F4P files are DRM (Digital Rights Management) protected (protected) MPEG-4 video files in the Flash format container. The extension F4P was introduced by the manufacturer Adobe 2007 with the support of MPEG-4. This format is supported since Flashplayer 9 Update 3 (9.0.115.0). This may happen because no default application was associated with this type of files. To associate F4P files with given application, select "Open with" from drop-down menu (accessed by right-clicking on the file). Then select from the list the program or application you want to be used to open this type of file.
