The file extension SLS3 was used by version 3 of the spreadsheet application Microsoft Excel for the Apple Macintosh for templates. Several versions of Excel for the Apple MacIntosh used the extension sls for templates followed by the version number of Excel.
The default version of this type of file is xlt or since the 2007 version of the Microsoft Office xltx.
