PRSL files are style files for the Adobe Title Designer (title designer), which is integrated in the video editing software Premiere. Prsl files are XML-based text files. Title styles are color properties and font characteristics that you can apply to a shape or text element in the Title Designer.
Title styles can be loaded and saved in the style window via the small triangle or the context menu in the style window. The files are also referred to as a style library.

This may happen because no default application was associated with this type of files. To associate PRSL files with given application, select "Open with" from drop-down menu (accessed by right-clicking on the file). Then select from the list the program or application you want to be used to open this type of file. If the Adobe Premiere Pro applications is not on the list, select "Browse" option in order to manually locate the directory where Adobe Premiere Pro has been installed.
